Shipping is FREE on US orders of $99 or more — the same threshold Nu Skin uses. Under $99 it is $5.00 for standard delivery, 2–6 business days. Orders completed before 2:00pm MT ship the same business day. Express (1–3 days, $15) and 1 Day Air ($35) are available at checkout.
You have 90 days from your purchase date to return anything for a 100% refund — and it does not matter whether the product has been opened or used. Call 973-879-3352 first to get a Return Merchandise Authorization number, then ship it back. Return shipping is at your cost.
