Please note: All packaging, shipping labels, and packing slips will reflect Nu Skin Enterprises as they are our product and shipping provider. Your order ships sealed, directly from Nu Skin's own warehouse — it is never opened, repackaged or handled by a third party.
Returns — 90 Days, Used or Not
Return anything within 90 days of purchase for a 100% refund, even if it has been opened and used. You pay the return postage.
Nu Skin's own policy gives retail customers 30 days. The 90-day window is NuBodyRx's own guarantee, extended at our cost, because a month is not long enough to judge skincare, a supplement or a device.
To start a return, call (973) 879-3352 and we will obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and send you the full instructions. Please call before posting anything back.
