How often should I use RenuSpa iO?
Nu Skin's directions are 3 to 5 times weekly per area, for up to 5 minutes per body area. Nu Skin specifically says not to use it daily.
Can I use it on my face as well as my body?
Yes — Nu Skin positions RenuSpa iO as a device for face and body. Nu Skin's own study covered the arms, thighs/buttocks and abdomen. For facial cleansing and treatment, that is a different job and the ageLOC LumiSpa iO is the device built for it.
What is the Conductive Gel for?
It allows the microcurrent to transfer from the device to your skin and lets the nodes glide comfortably. Always use it during treatment. Nu Skin makes two different conductive gels — see our conductive gel guide.
When will I start seeing results?
Nu Skin's own study ran for 12 weeks. Individual results vary. If it isn't working for you, you have 90 days to send it back for a full refund — used or not.
Who should not use RenuSpa iO?
