The short version: if you want one tablet packet a day, take Anti-Aging. If you'd rather have the broader antioxidant formula, take Original. Nano is the version built around the delivery technology. Elements is not a full multivitamin at all.

Anti-Aging vs Original — the choice most people are actually making
These two sit $6 apart and are easily confused. They are not the same formula.
Anti-Aging is one packet of tablets, once a day, built around a phytonutrient blend drawn from across the colour spectrum — from elderberry and grape seed to turmeric and lycopene.
Original is a packet twice a day, morning and evening, built around a broad antioxidant network. Splitting the dose keeps levels steadier through the day, at the cost of having to remember it twice.
Which to pick. Honestly, the deciding factor for most people is not the formula — it's whether you will reliably take something twice a day. If you know you won't, Anti-Aging is the better supplement because you'll actually take it. If a twice-daily routine suits you, Original is the one with the broader antioxidant coverage.

LifePak Nano — $237, and whether it's worth double
Nano costs roughly twice the others. The difference is not more ingredients — it's how they are delivered.
What the delivery technology addresses. Some nutrients — CoQ10, carotenoids, omega-3s — are fat-soluble and absorb poorly from a standard tablet. Nu Skin's answer is twofold: CR-6 LipoNutrients® softgels in which, in Nu Skin's words, those nutrients “are pre-dissolved for superior bioavailability”; and nano-encapsulation, which Nu Skin describes as “mono-molecular encapsulation where single molecules of important nutrients are embedded into single nanocapsule molecules.”
Whether that justifies the difference. It depends entirely on whether the delivery matters to you. If you simply want the gaps in your diet filled, Anti-Aging or Original do that at half the price. If the absorption question is the one you care about — particularly if you also own a Prysm iO to take a carotenoid reading — Nano is the version built for that.
Buy it if absorption is the thing you care about. Skip it if you're not certain you'll take it daily for six months.
LifePak Elements — $42, and not what the name suggests
Elements carries the LifePak name but is a smaller daily tablet rather than a complete multivitamin. It should not be bought as a cheaper substitute for one — that is the most common mistake with this range, and at $42 next to a $118 product the temptation is obvious.
Buy it if you already take a full multivitamin and want to add to it. Skip it if you're looking for your one daily supplement.
Common questions
How long before I notice anything?
Longer than most people expect, and it varies from person to person. A multivitamin is judged over months, not weeks. If you want a faster answer than that, a supplement is the wrong purchase — which is exactly why we give you 90 days rather than 30.
A packet of tablets a day sounds like a lot.
It is more than most multivitamins, and it's the honest cost of putting a lot of nutrients at meaningful levels into a daily dose rather than one small tablet. They're taken together with a meal. If swallowing tablets is difficult for you, this range may not suit.
Can I take LifePak with other Pharmanex supplements?
Yes — LifePak is designed as the foundation and the targeted formulas sit on top of it. If you take prescription medication, are pregnant or nursing, speak to your doctor before starting any supplement.
What if it doesn't suit me?
Return it within 90 days for a full refund, opened and part-used included. Nu Skin's own policy states: “We provide 100% refund on items returned within 30 days of the purchase date.” The extra 60 days are ours. Supplements are the category where that matters most, because you genuinely cannot know in advance.
