How to use it

Take the contents of one LifePak packet (10 tablets) daily with food and water. Store in a cool, dry place.

Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, lactating or taking prescription medication, consult a physician before using this product. Discontinue two weeks prior to and after surgery. Discontinue use and consult a physician if any adverse reaction occurs.
