Choosing a product
Nu Skin makes over 150 products and most people need three or four. If you tell us what you are dealing with, we will tell you what we would use — and if we think a product is not right for you, we will say so. There is no obligation and nobody will chase you afterwards.

An order that has gone wrong
If your order arrived damaged, incomplete or incorrect, call us straight away on (973) 879-3352. Do not send it back and do not pay for postage — an error on our side is ours to fix.
Returning something
You have 90 days, and it does not matter whether you have opened and used it. Call us and we will obtain a Return Authorization number and send the instructions. Read the full return policy →
Where your order is
Orders ship from Nu Skin's warehouse, and the packaging and tracking will show Nu Skin Enterprises rather than NuBodyRx. That is normal and not a mistake. Standard delivery is 2–6 business days. If it has been longer than that, call us and we will chase it.
