Step 1 — What brings you here today?
Fine lines and firmness
Start with a serum. Serums carry the highest concentration of actives and go on under whatever you already use, so you don't have to change your whole routine. Give it four to eight weeks before you judge it.
- ageLOC Future Serum — the broadest anti-ageing serum in the range. Start here if you want one product.
- Tru Face Essence Ultra — concentrates on firmness rather than tone. Layers with the above.
- Tru Face Peptide Retinol Complex — retinol, for evenings. Build up to it gradually.
- ageLOC Youth — the supplement side of the same approach, taken daily.

Breakouts and oily skin
Lighter textures and regular exfoliation, not harsher washing. Skipping moisturiser usually makes oiliness worse, so keep one — just a lighter one.
- To Be Clear Pure Cleansing Gel — the cleanser to start with.
- LumiSpa Blemish Serum — a targeted treatment for problem areas.
- Here You Glow Exfoliating Toner — two or three times a week, not daily.
- Day Dream Lightweight SPF 35 — light moisturiser and sun protection in one.

Dark spots and uneven tone
Brightening is gradual — skin renews on roughly a monthly cycle. Sunscreen matters more here than anywhere else, because sun exposure is what causes most dark spots in the first place.
- ageLOC Brightening Serum — the main event. Start here.
- Bright Toner — prepares skin so the serum works harder.
- Brighter Day Exfoliant Scrub — clears the dulling surface layer.
- Sunright SPF 50 — the one that protects the result.

Dryness and tightness
If your skin feels tight after washing, the cleanser is usually the culprit before the moisturiser is. Fix that first, then add hydration.
- Hydra Clean Creamy Cleansing Lotion — cleanses without stripping.
- Dew All Day Moisture Restore Cream — the everyday moisturiser.
- Moisturize Me Intense Hydrating Cream — for properly dry skin or colder months.
- NaPCA Moisture Mist — a quick top-up through the day.
Choosing a device
Four devices, four genuinely different jobs. They are not alternatives to each other.
- ageLOC LumiSpa iO — cleanses and conditions the face in two minutes, twice a day. The one most people start with. Comes with a treatment cleanser matched to your skin type.
- RenuSpa iO — microcurrent, for contouring face and body. Used alongside the LumiSpa, not instead of it.
- Prysm iO — measures rather than treats. It reads the carotenoid level in your skin so you can see whether your supplements are being absorbed.
- GloPRO Microneedling Tool — for skin texture. The most advanced of the four.
Where to start with supplements
Take a daily multivitamin as the foundation, then add one targeted formula if you have a specific goal. Nutritional supplements are judged over months, not weeks.
First, pick a multivitamin:
- LifePak — the original. A sensible place to begin.
- LifePak Tablets — once daily, ten tablets in a packet.
- LifePak Nano — the most advanced, built for absorption.
Then add one, if it fits:
- ageLOC Youth — the anti-ageing formula.
- Beauty Focus Collagen+ — skin, hair and nails, taken as a drink.
- Nu Biome — gut health.
- Nano CoQ10 — popular with customers over 40.

Hair and scalp
Hair grows slowly. Give any scalp routine at least three months before deciding whether it is working.
- ageLOC Scalp & Hair Serum — the one that stays on the scalp. Start here.
- ageLOC Scalp & Hair Shampoo — the everyday wash.
- ReNu Hair Mask — weekly, for dry or treated hair.
Body and feet
- Liquid Body Lufra — cleanses and exfoliates. Two or three times a week.
- Epoch Baobab Body Butter — the rich one, for properly dry skin.
- Epoch Sole Solution — for rough, cracked heels.
- Epoch Firewalker Foot Cream — cooling, for tired feet.
