Questions people ask

Is this the same as LifePak Nano?

No. LifePak Nano is a separate, more expensive formula that adds omega-3s and uses nanotechnology. This is the original LifePak packet.

Why twice a day?

Nu Skin designs LifePak to be split between morning and evening meals rather than taken all at once. Keeping a packet at work or in the car makes the second dose easier to remember.

Do I need Marine Omega as well?

Nu Skin recommends taking LifePak together with Marine Omega, because LifePak itself does not include the omega-3s EPA and DHA. It is your choice; LifePak can be bought on its own.
