How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the United States. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! NuBodyRx ships to over 56 countries worldwide. International shipping times vary by destination. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 90-day return policy from the date of purchase. We provide a 100% refund regardless of whether the product has been used. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before sending your item back.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive your returned item, refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The credit will appear on your original payment method.

What items cannot be returned?
