Nu Skin's wording: "Estera Phase III is for women in their postmenopausal years. Maintenance Formula is designed to help promote healthy estrogen metabolites and support healthy cardiovascular, bones, cognitive function, and a normal lipid profile."

Layer 2: nutritional foundation — LifePak Nano
Nu Skin: "LifePak Nano is a comprehensive nutritional anti-aging program formulated with advanced levels of key nutrients and nanotechnology to help nourish and protect cells, tissues, and organs throughout the body." Take the AM and PM packets with meals.
Layer 3: ageLOC supplements — ageLOC Youth and ageLOC R2
ageLOC Youth and ageLOC R2 Day & Night
ageLOC Youth is four capsules daily, two in the morning and two in the evening with meals. ageLOC R2 is a two-part system: the Day formula in the morning, the Night formula in the evening.
Layer 4: skin collagen — Beauty Focus Collagen+
Nu Skin: "Beauty Focus Collagen+ is a clinically proven collagen supplement formulated with bioactive collagen peptides, lutein, and phytoceramides to support skin radiance, hydration, texture, and overall appearance." Their bullets include "Boosts collagen and elastin production in your skin" and "Helps visibly reduce fine lines and wrinkles". One serving daily. They publish no timeframe.
Layer 5: CoQ10 — NanoCoQ10
Nu Skin: "NanoCoQ10 utilizes cutting-edge nanotechnology to deliver highly bioavailable coenzyme Q10 for potent cardiovascular and cognitive benefits." If you take a statin or any other prescription medication, ask your pharmacist before adding CoQ10.
Layer 6: devices
ageLOC LumiSpa iO — twice a day, two minutes each: used with its matching cleanser. Nu Skin sells three treatment heads — Gentle, Normal and Firm. If your skin has become drier or more reactive since menopause, Gentle is the one; Nu Skin does not recommend Firm for sensitive or acne-prone skin.
ageLOC RenuSpa iO — three to five times a week, which is Nu Skin's own recommendation: their claim is that it "visibly depuffs, contours, tones, and sculpts and reduces the appearance of dimples through skin stimulation."
A daily shape
Morning: LumiSpa iO cleanse → vitamin C serum → moisturizer → SPF. Supplements: LifePak Nano (AM), ageLOC Youth (2 caps), ageLOC R2 Day, Beauty Focus Collagen+, NanoCoQ10, Estera Phase III (AM dose).
Evening: LumiSpa iO cleanse → retinol or peptide serum → rich moisturizer. Supplements: LifePak Nano (PM), ageLOC Youth (2 caps), ageLOC R2 Night, Estera Phase III (PM dose).
Three to five times a week: RenuSpa iO, plus resistance training if you train.
Phasing the cost
The full protocol is a significant monthly outlay and almost nobody should start with all of it. A common order is the nutritional foundation first, then the phase-appropriate Estera formula, then Beauty Focus Collagen+, then ageLOC Youth, with NanoCoQ10, ageLOC R2 and the devices last.
