MYND360 Mind Full, Sharp Focus, Feel Calm or Night Time: Which One For You

The short answer

Pick by the problem, not by the range. Mind Full ($95) is the memory one. Sharp Focus ($55) is the daytime concentration one, and it carries 100 mg of caffeine. Feel Calm ($76) is the stress and mood one. Night Time ($67) is the sleep one, and it is the only drink in the set — the other three are capsules. If you want one to start with, start with whichever of those four words describes your week.

The four at a glance

Product What it is for Form Price Cost per day
MYND360 Mind Full Memory 60 capsules, two daily $95.00 About $3.17
MYND360 Sharp Focus Concentration, reaction time 60 capsules, two each morning $55.00 About $1.83
MYND360 Feel Calm Mood, response to stress 60 capsules, two daily $76.00 About $2.53
MYND360 Night Time Sleep Powder, one scoop in hot water $67.00 See the note below

Prices above are the ones live on this shop today. The per-day figures are our own arithmetic: 60 capsules taken two at a time is a 30-day bottle, so the price divided by thirty. Nu Skin does not print a cost per day, and we cannot give one for Night Time because the number of scoops in the canister is not stated on the product page. If per-serving cost matters to you, that is a fair question to ask before you buy.

Mind Full: the memory one

Nu Skin's headline for it is “Support Your Memory. Strengthen Your Mind.” The company describes it as a “Clinically backed supplement designed to support short-term, visual, and verbal memory,” and states that a “Clinical study showed measurable benefits to episodic memory after taking Mind Full daily for 12 weeks.”

Note the twelve weeks. Of the four, this is the one Nu Skin itself frames as a long game — it is not sold as something you feel on the day you take it. The formula is built on astaxanthin, grape extract and vitamin E. Directions: “Take two (2) capsules with liquid once daily.”

Who it suits: someone willing to commit to three months and judge it then. At $95 it is the most expensive of the four, and the slowest to tell you anything.

Sharp Focus: the daytime one

Nu Skin describes it as “a scientifically smart brain health supplement designed to support mental clarity, concentration, and improved reaction time,” and says of one ingredient that “Bacopa supports enhanced concentration when used daily for a month.” Alongside bacopa the formula lists choline, vitamin B6, vitamin B12 and caffeine.

The caffeine is the fact to read twice: 100 mg per serving, in a microencapsulated form, which is roughly a cup of coffee's worth. If you already drink coffee, this stacks on top of it. If you avoid caffeine, or you are sensitive to it, this is the one in the range to skip. Directions: “Take two (2) capsules with liquid once daily in the morning” — the morning instruction is Nu Skin's, and sensible given what is in it.

Who it suits: someone who wants a daytime lift and tolerates caffeine. At $55 it is the cheapest way into the range.

Feel Calm: the stress one

Nu Skin's line is “Keep calm and conquer your day with Feel Calm,” describing a “Clinically proven formula with scientifically supported ingredients.” On timing, the company states: “Based on clinical research, you should begin to feel calming benefits after just one dose,” with studies showing “more benefits by taking the product daily for a month.”

That is the fastest-acting claim in the range, and the clearest contrast with Mind Full's twelve weeks. The formula is L-theanine, lemon balm extract and magnolia bark extract. Directions: “Take two (2) capsules with liquid once per day.”

Who it suits: someone whose complaint is the feeling of a demanding day rather than forgetfulness. It is also the one you can judge soonest, which makes it a reasonable first purchase if you are undecided.

Night Time: the sleep one

Nu Skin calls it “a clinically supported sleep supplement designed to help you sleep better so you can wake up feeling refreshed,” built on “Magnesium, Melatonin, and natural Saffron Stigma Extract to help you fall asleep faster, stay asleep longer, and have better quality sleep throughout.”

It is the odd one out in practice: not a capsule but a powder. Directions: “Add one level scoop to 2–3 oz hot water, wait to stop fizzing, then drink. Enjoy once per day, 30 minutes before bedtime.” If a nightly drink appeals, that is a point in its favour; if you would rather swallow a capsule and be done, it is a point against.

Who it suits: someone whose day is fine and whose nights are not. It contains melatonin, which is worth knowing if you already take a melatonin product or have been told to avoid it.

Can you take more than one?

Nu Skin sells the four as a range and clearly intends them to be combinable — Sharp Focus is a morning product and Night Time is a bedtime one, so they do not collide. We will not tell you a stack is better than a single bottle, because Nu Skin's own claims are made for each product individually and we have seen no printed claim about the combination. All four together comes to $293, which is a lot to spend before you know whether any one of them does anything for you. One bottle, one question answered, is the cheaper path.

If you take prescription medication, or you are pregnant or nursing, speak to your doctor before starting any of these. The melatonin in Night Time and the caffeine in Sharp Focus are the two ingredients most likely to interact with something else you are taking.

What we cannot tell you

  • How many servings are in the Night Time canister. Nu Skin's product page gives the directions but not a serving count, so we cannot work out a cost per night.
  • What the clinical studies actually measured. Nu Skin states that studies exist and gives timeframes. The full study designs are not published on the product pages, so “clinically proven” is their phrase, reported here as their phrase.
  • Whether any of it will work for you. No supplement claim is a promise about one person. The honest reason to buy is that the claim is specific enough to test and the return window is long enough to test it in.

Buying them here

All four are listed at NuBodyRx at the prices above, which match Nu Skin's own US retail prices as of today:

Every order is covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee, which is the part that makes a single-bottle trial sensible: Mind Full's own claim runs to twelve weeks, and ninety days is just long enough to see it through. Shipping is free on orders over $99 — so a single bottle of Mind Full clears it, and the three cheaper ones do not on their own.

You do not need a distributor, a membership or a referral code to buy any of this. If you have been told otherwise, we wrote about that here: Can You Buy Nu Skin Products Without Being a Distributor?
