What follows is what still exists, what we stock, and what we would use instead.

What TR90 actually was
TR90 was sold as a system rather than a product: an eating plan, an exercise guide and a set of supplements, run over 90 days. Nu Skin described it this way:

The part worth keeping, now that the kit is broken up, is the ordinary part: protein spread across the day rather than piled into one meal, and a plan you can still follow in ninety days' time. A shake is useful for that because it covers the meal people skip, not because it is magic.
We cannot supply the printed plan or the exercise guide, and we will not pretend a shake is the same thing as a programme.

What we are not going to tell you
Earlier versions of this page carried a timeline, with day and week counts attached to appetite and to visible body composition. Nu Skin publishes no such timeline, and we have removed it. The same goes for the older claim that one of the discontinued formulas preserved lean muscle while you lost fat. Nu Skin does not print that on their US page, so it should never have been on ours.

Partly. As of 22 September 2026 Nu Skin's US catalogue still lists the ageLOC TR90 GreenShake and the JumpStart 2pk, while TR90 Control and TR90 Fit no longer appear. We stock the GreenShake.
Can I use the TR90 GreenShake without the rest of the kit?
Yes. It is a meal replacement shake and works on its own, which is fortunate, because the rest of the kit is not something we can sell you.
What replaced TR90?
Nu Skin has not announced a direct replacement programme. The current range in this area is TRMe GO — Protein+, PreWorkout+ and Recovery+ — and all three are in stock here.
