Building an anti-aging routine with Nu Skin
A good routine is not a long one. It is the right few things in the right order, done twice a day for long enough to matter. Here is the ageLOC version, with Nu Skin's own claims attached to each step.
Morning
Step 1: cleanse with the ageLOC LumiSpa iO
Two minutes. Nu Skin's wording: "Two minutes, twice a day is all it takes for award-winning ageLOC® LumiSpa® iO to deliver a smoother complexion, seven clinically proven skin benefits, and smart IoT technology that helps you personalize your routine." The seven, as they list them: softness, smoothness, radiance, clarity, purified skin, reduced pore appearance and visibly improved firmness.
Step 2: ageLOC Tru Face Future Serum
On slightly damp skin. Nu Skin renamed this serum recently — it is the one you may know as ageLOC Future Serum. Their claim: "a powerful, clinically proven formula made with 15% active ingredients to give you clinical-strength results at home, revealing visibly improved skin, eight ways in just seven days."
Step 3: ageLOC Tru Face Radiant Day SPF 22
Moisturizer and sun protection in one step. Sun protection is the non-negotiable part of any anti-aging routine, whatever else you do or skip.
Evening
Step 1: cleanse with the LumiSpa iO
The same two minutes, this time to get the day off — makeup, sunscreen and everything the air put there.
Step 2: treat
The Tru Face Future Serum again, or ageLOC Tru Face Peptide Retinol Complex if you are using retinol. This page used to recommend ageLOC Transforming Night here; that product has been discontinued, so we have taken it out rather than send you looking for it.
Step 3: moisturize

Weekly and daily additions
- Two or three times a week: Epoch® Glacial Marine Mud. Nu Skin's own frequency, and their directions say to leave it 15 to 20 minutes or until it turns a light aquamarine colour.
- Daily: ageLOC Youth
- Daily: LifePak Nano — "a comprehensive nutritional anti-aging program formulated with advanced levels of key nutrients and nanotechnology to help nourish and protect cells, tissues, and organs throughout the body."
When to expect results
This page used to print its own week counts for texture and for firming. Nu Skin publishes no such timeline and neither will we from now on. What they do print is "Instantly softer and smoother skin after one use" for the device, and "visibly improved skin, eight ways in just seven days" for the serum. Those are theirs, and they are the only two timings on this page.
