Best for: anyone who wants the ageLOC approach in a daily supplement.
In Nu Skin's words, ageLOC Youth is “a revolutionary supplement built on over a decade of research, formulated to help revitalize your body's natural aging defense mechanisms and promote your youth span.” It is built around the Youth Gene Clusters — which Nu Skin defines as “functional groups of genes that regulate how we appear to age.”

ageLOC R2 is a two-part system. Nu Skin says it “targets YGCs related to cellular purification and cellular energy,” and of the Night formula specifically: “ageLOC R2 Night optimizes each cell's natural purification process, helping you start each day feeling refreshed and renewed.”*
The halves are also sold separately: R2 Vitality (Day) $96 and R2 Night $105. Together as the system it is $189, so buying both separately costs $12 more.

Tēgreen 97 — for targeted antioxidant support
Nu Skin describes it as “this proprietary, highly concentrated extract of the antioxidant catechins found naturally in green tea,” standardized to “a minimum of 97% pure polyphenols, 65% of which are the catechins.”
ProBio PCC — for gut health
In Nu Skin's words, ProBio PCC “contains 2 billion live organisms of the potent probiotic bacteria culture of Lactobacillus Fermentum PCC.”
The full protocol — and an honest warning about it
All four together comes to $756. That is a great deal of money to commit before you know whether any of it suits you.
We would not recommend starting there. Begin with a multivitamin, take it consistently, and add one thing at a time. You will learn more, spend less, and be far more likely to still be taking it in six months.
