Every Nu Skin device we sell is covered by Nu Skin's limited two-year warranty. If it develops a fault, you do not have to deal with anyone else. Call us, and we arrange the replacement with Nu Skin for you.
Which devices are covered
- ageLOC LumiSpa iO: the device, its magnetic charger and the Accent attachment.
- Nu Skin RenuSpa iO: the device and its wireless charger.
- Prysm iO: the device.
Treatment heads, cleansers and gels are not part of the device warranty. They are still covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee.
What the warranty covers
Nu Skin guarantees the device to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the original date of purchase. If a covered device stops working in normal use, for example it will not charge, will not power on or will not run, it is replaced.
What it does not cover
- Misuse, accidents or improper storage, including dropping the device.
- Use that does not follow the instructions in the user manual.
- A device that has been opened, altered, taken apart or repaired by someone else, or used with unapproved parts.
- Cosmetic wear such as scratches.
- A fresh two years on a replacement. The warranty runs from your original purchase date and does not restart when a device is replaced.
Nu Skin decides eligibility for every replacement.
How to make a claim
- Call us on 973-879-3352 (Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern) or email support@nubodyrx.com.
- Tell us your order number and what the device is doing.
- Keep the Nu Skin invoice that came in the box. It is your proof of purchase, and Nu Skin may ask for it.
We place every device order with Nu Skin ourselves, so the purchase record is already on our side. That is why we can handle the claim for you rather than sending you off to fill in forms.
How this fits with our 90-day guarantee
In the first 90 days you can also simply send it back for a full refund, even if it has been opened and used. That is NuBodyRx's own guarantee, three times the 30 days Nu Skin allows. After 90 days, the two-year warranty takes over for faults. See our refund policy for how returns work.
