Questions people ask

Is Optimum Omega the same as Marine Omega?

No. Marine Omega is a 120-softgel bottle made with krill oil and carries a shellfish and krill allergen statement. Optimum Omega is a 60-softgel bottle at a lower price.

Does Optimum Omega contain shellfish?

Nu Skin’s US page lists the other ingredients as gelatin, glycerine, purified water and d-alpha tocopherol (as antioxidant) and prints no shellfish statement. If you have a fish or shellfish allergy, read the full supplement facts on the label and check with your doctor.

Can I take it with LifePak Nano?

Nu Skin says each LifePak Nano serving already delivers the same EPA and DHA as a serving of Marine Omega, so check with your doctor before adding another omega-3.
