Marine Omega or Optimum Omega?

Pharmanex makes two omega-3 supplements and they are not the same product. Marine Omega is the 120-softgel formula that adds krill oil to the marine oil and provides 1200 mg of omega-3 fatty acids per day; it contains shellfish and krill. Optimum Omega is the 60-softgel formula supplying omega-3 macronutrients DHA and EPA, taken one to two softgels with morning and evening meals, and contains no krill.
