It is not for everyone. Marine Omega contains shellfish and krill, so anyone with a shellfish allergy should avoid it. If you want a lower-cost omega-3, or one without a shellfish allergen statement, look at Optimum Omega. And if you already take LifePak Nano, Nu Skin says each Nano serving delivers the same EPA and DHA as a serving of Marine Omega, so you may not need both.

How to use it

• Take two softgels with about eight ounces of liquid at your morning meal, and again at your evening meal, following the label.
• If you take LifePak, take Marine Omega at the same meals so it becomes one habit.
• Store the bottle somewhere cool and dry, with the lid closed.
• If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take prescription medicine or have a medical condition, check with your doctor first.

What is the difference between Marine Omega and Optimum Omega?

Marine Omega comes in a 120-softgel bottle and adds krill oil, which is why it carries a shellfish and krill allergen statement. Optimum Omega is a 60-softgel bottle at a lower price. See the table above for the side-by-side.

Do I need Marine Omega if I take LifePak?

Nu Skin recommends taking LifePak with Marine Omega, because LifePak does not include the omega-3s EPA and DHA. You can buy LifePak here too.

Do I need it if I take LifePak Nano?

Nu Skin says a serving of LifePak Nano delivers the same EPA and DHA as a serving of Marine Omega, and recommends Marine Omega for the other LifePak products.
