The short answer: LifePak Elements is the entry point to Nu Skin's LifePak range. It is $42, it is three tablets once a day, and it suits someone who wants a simple daily foundation rather than the full LifePak programme. If you want omega-3s in the same sachet, a twice-daily routine, or a formula Nu Skin certifies to raise your Prysm Score, that is when you step up to LifePak or LifePak Nano.

What LifePak Elements is
Nu Skin's own one-line description of it, as printed on its US product page:
"With 25 important vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients, it's more than just a supplement: it's a daily foundation for supporting your health."
And the longer version:
"Lifepak® Elements is specially formulated with nutrients shown in population research to be commonly lacking in the American diet, so it delivers targeted support where it's needed most. Backed by science, Lifepak® Elements supports your immunity, energy, heart, brain, and overall wellness, thanks to the vitamins and minerals, as well as key ingredients like our exclusive PhytoVantage Blend."
The six points Nu Skin lists for it are short ones: "Cellular protection with antioxidants", "Supports overall health and wellness", "Provides daily foundational nutritional support", "Provides 25 vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients", "PhytoVantage Blend" and "SCS Level-I Certified".
What is in it, in Nu Skin's words
Nu Skin groups the ingredients like this. We have kept its wording exactly, because these are product claims and they are Nu Skin's to make, not ours.
- B-Vitamins: "Help support daily energy and promote better metabolic and brain health."
- Biotin, Zinc & Selenium: "Help support healthy hair, nails, and skin."
- Vitamin C: "Helps stimulate collagen synthesis and support immune function."
- Vitamin D3: "Supports bone health and muscle function."
- Vitamin E: "Helps protect cells from free radical damage."
- PhytoVantage Blend: "A blend of plant-based phytonutrients and antioxidants featuring elderberry extract, shiitake mushroom, and carotenoids like beta carotene, lycopene, and lutein—that nourishes and protects the body while supporting overall wellness. Designed to strengthen your antioxidant network and raise your Prysm iO score, it promotes immune, heart, eye, skin, and cognitive health."
The full amounts per serving are on the supplement facts panel, which Nu Skin publishes as an image rather than text. Check the label for exact quantities, and for the number of tablets in the bottle.
How you take it
Nu Skin's direction is one line: "Take three tablets once daily with food and water."
That is the real difference in daily life. LifePak Elements is a single sitting. The original LifePak is a packet with breakfast and another with dinner. LifePak Nano is two sachets a day, each holding five capsules and two softgels. If you know you will not keep up a twice-daily habit, the once-a-day format matters more than any line on the label.
Who LifePak Elements suits
Nu Skin answers this itself in its FAQ: "Lifepak® Elements is formulated for adults who are looking for a quality daily supplement that contains key vitamins, minerals, and nutrients and helps fill nutritional gaps."
In practice, it fits three kinds of buyer well:
- You are new to Nu Skin supplements and want to try the LifePak family without committing $118 to $237.
- You want one dose a day, taken at one meal, and nothing to remember at dinner.
- You already get omega-3s elsewhere and want a straightforward vitamin, mineral and phytonutrient base.
It is not the right buy if you specifically want the full LifePak antioxidant formula, omega-3s included in the dose, or Nu Skin's Prysm certification. Those sit further up the range.
Elements, LifePak or LifePak Nano: how Nu Skin separates them
Nu Skin's FAQ draws the line between the three like this:
- "LifePak® Elements is formulated for adults and teens who are looking for a quality daily supplement that contains key vitamins, minerals, and nutrients."
- "LifePak® is formulated to provide an optimized blend of nutrients for daily nutrition and includes even more phytonutrients and additional key ingredients like Grape Seed Extract and Resveratrol."
- "LifePak® Nano is the most comprehensive LifePak product and includes nanotechnology and omega-3 fatty acids not found in other LifePak products. It is formulated for all adults 18 and up."
Nu Skin also says, when asked whether you can take more than three Elements tablets a day: "LifePak Elements is formulated to be taken once per day. If you want a more comprehensive product that includes even more vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients, we recommend taking LifePak or LifePak Nano."
So doubling up on Elements is not the way to step up. Moving to the next formula is.
| LifePak Elements | LifePak Tablets | LifePak (packets) | LifePak Nano | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Price at NuBodyRx | $42 | $118 | $124 | $237 |
| How you take it | 3 tablets, once a day | 1 packet (10 tablets), once a day | 1 packet, twice a day | 1 sachet, twice a day |
| Omega-3s in the dose | No | No | No | Yes |
| Prysm Level II certified | Not shown | Yes | Yes | Yes |
The Prysm row reflects Nu Skin's own US LifePak catalogue, where the Prysm Level II badge appears beside LifePak Nano and both LifePak listings and not beside Elements. Nu Skin describes LifePak Tablets this way: "Prysm Level II certified, it's clinically proven to increase carotenoid levels, helping support whole-body health from the inside out."
When to step up, and to which one
- Step up to LifePak Tablets ($118) if you like the once-a-day habit but want the fuller formula. Nu Skin lists it at "30 Packets (300 Tablets)", one packet a day.
- Choose LifePak packets ($124) if you are happy taking it with breakfast and dinner. Nu Skin's direction: "Take one packet twice daily with eight ounces of liquid with your morning and evening meals."
- Go to LifePak Nano ($237) if you want omega-3s in the same dose and the most complete product in the range. Our LifePak Nano review covers whether it is worth the price.

Buying it from NuBodyRx
LifePak Elements is $42 here, the same as Nu Skin's own US retail price. You do not need a membership, a sponsor or a distributor: add it to your cart and check out. If you want to know how that works, our guide to buying Nu Skin without a distributor explains it.
Free US shipping starts at $99, so one bottle on its own does not qualify. Three bottles, or Elements alongside another Nu Skin product, will. We ship to US addresses only. If it is not right for you, NuBodyRx's own 90-day returns promise applies.
NuBodyRx is run by an Independent Nu Skin Brand Affiliate.
